Executive Director – Cincinnati Development Fund

Ms. Golliher has served as Director of the Cincinnati Development Fund since July, 1998. The Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF) is a non-profit lending consortium which underwrites and services community development real estate loans that result in the creation or preservation of affordable housing, or revitalization of urban communities. As director, Jeanne is responsible for all of the agency’s operations including fund development, financial management, public relations, loan originations, underwriting, loan servicing and asset management.

Since joining the Cincinnati Development Fund, Jeanne has significantly expanded the organization’s scope, range of services and impact. The Fund’s lending activity has increased from an average of $2 million per year to over $20 million per year; its annual operating budget has grown from under $200,000 to over $1 million, assets increased by 400% while controlling operating expenses, resulting in net worth of just over $1.6 million.
